He attended medical school at the University of South Florida and completed residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Then, he returned to Florida for fellowship training in hematopathology and cytopathology at Moffitt Cancer Center. Outside medical practice, Dr. Gravenmier enjoys spending time with family, DIY projects, gardening, sports, hiking/camping, and going to the beach. He does his best to keep up with his two sons and make every day its own adventure. ### **M. Frances Wright, M.D.** **Hematopathologist** Born and raised in Nashville, TN. Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in History of Art. Spent time working at Vanderbilt in a cancer biology lab and at both Vanderbilt and the NIH as a bioethics researcher before going to medical school at Vanderbilt. Completed Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency followed by Hematopathology fellowship at Vanderbilt, followed by a Gastrointestinal Pathology fellowship at Duke. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, vegetable gardening, running, tennis, reading, and spending time with my family and Rhodesian ridgeback.
