How Service Is Established
First, our team reviews your location, hours, specimen types, expected volume, and reporting needs. We then confirm an approved pickup schedule and provide the necessary submission guidance. Urgent requests should be placed by phone so availability and handling requirements can be confirmed immediately. Once samples reach the lab, your reports follow through your EMR, OnPath, or Epic.
Prepare Specimens Correctly
Collection, fixation, labeling, packaging, and temperature requirements vary by specimen and test. Follow the current laboratory manual and approved collection instructions. If you are uncertain, call before the specimen is collected or transported.
